About this site

This site is operated by We Love Local Guides Ltd (Company No. 15931264, England and Wales; ICO registration ZC132392), trading as Pineapple Card™. Parts of the network are in early access: where a pass is offered for sale on this site, the sections below apply to that purchase. Where a page describes a club or city as pre-launch, no service is yet offered there.

Passes

We sell timed membership passes (for example 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 1 year). The price, duration and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. The price shown is the total you pay, including any taxes. Prices are charged in pounds sterling unless a different currency is stated at purchase; where we show approximate amounts in other currencies, they are a guide only.

Your pass runs from the moment it is activated, for the period stated at purchase.

If you buy another pass while one is still active, we add the new pass's full duration to the end of your current pass — so you keep the time remaining on your current pass and the new pass's time is added on top. For example, if you have 2 days left on a pass and buy a 1-week pass, your cover then runs for 9 days from today.

Activation codes

A pass may be issued as an activation code (for example, supplied with a tour or bought from a partner shop). A code must be redeemed by the redeem-by date shown on it; codes not redeemed by that date expire and have no value, and no refund or replacement is due for an expired code. Redeeming a code requires a member account.

If you bought a code directly from us online, your right to cancel (below) applies from the date of purchase up until you redeem it.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This period starts on the day you buy the pass (or receive any goods).

Starting your pass immediately. If you ask us to start your pass straight away, we ask you to confirm this at checkout:

  • Annual pass: "Start my membership now. I understand my annual pass begins immediately, and that I can still cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. When I cancel, my pass access ends."
  • Short passes (48 hours to 1 month): "Start my pass now. I understand my pass begins immediately and runs for the period I've bought. I can still cancel within 14 days, but if I cancel after my pass has started I'll be refunded the price less an amount for the time my pass has been available to me, and once the pass period has ended in full I no longer have a right to cancel."

If you do not ask for an immediate start, your pass begins after the 14-day period.

Refunds. If you validly cancel, we refund the full amount due to your original payment method within 14 days, and your pass access ends when the refund is made.

What we tell you before you buy. Before you pay we show you: who we are and how to contact us; the total price including any taxes; how to pay for, activate and use the pass; your right to cancel and when it no longer applies; how long the offer and price are valid; and, for the annual pass, its minimum term and how renewal and cancellation work. We confirm this information to you by email (or another durable medium) when you buy.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, including where a service is faulty.

Registering interest

You may submit your details to join our waitlist or register vendor/partner interest. Please give accurate information. Submitting the form does not create any membership, contract or entitlement; it simply lets us contact you about the launch. We handle your details as set out in our Privacy Policy.
